Reserveringen bekræftes først, når betalingen for opholdet registreres. Der er fuld returret senest 2 mdr. før opholdet og 50% i op til 1 måned før opholdet. Er der mindre end 1 måned til opholdets startdato, er det ikke muligt at få pengene retur.
